Conferences for CHS students will be held at Clearview High School on Thursday, November 21st, 2024 from 3:00-7:00pm. 

Please sign up through your child's Google Classroom or contact their teacher via email.

Do you need a work permit?

Work Permit
If you are in need of a Work Permit, please click HERE and HERE to download the necessary documents.  You MUST have a valid Physicians Certificate on file as well.  If you played sports and turned one in, I can check that for you to see if it's still valid. Once you have both forms complete, please either call the High School Office at 440-233-6313 and leave me a voicemail or email me at Kelli.Campbell@clearviewschools.org and I will let you know when you can bring these forms into the office, so we may complete your work permit.
